Carbon Clean to show power of electrolysis at Automechanika

Brand set to grow network of independent garages to deliver quick, clean and effective engine treatments

Organisers say Automechanika Birmingham will be 70 percent bigger with over 800 exhibitors, 250 of which – including carbon Clean – will be new to event.

Carbon Clean, an engine decarbonising system that works on top water, will be showing off its electolysis-based cleaning technology to the automotive supply
chain when Automechanika UK arrives at the NEC on 6th to 8th June.

Un-burnt engine residues can cause loss of the power, increased fuel consumption and more wear to engine components, leading to potentially expensive repair bills.

Un-burnt engine residues can cause loss of the power, increased fuel consumption and more wear to engine components, leading to potentially expensive repair bills.

These are then blown into the engine as an oxyhydrogen(HHO) gas mixture to accelerate combustion and clear residues.

Chris Phipps, national sales manager for Carbon Clean, said: “We introduces the concept at Automechanika Frankfurt late last year and there was tremendous interest.”

Since then, Carbon Clean has launched a new and improved CC-16 engine cleaning machine and more fully developed commercial concept.

Now, Carbon Clean aims to grow a UK network of ‘Carbon Clean Centers’ to deliver quick clean and effective treatments to their customer’s cars.

The Centers will benefit from marketing support, equipment operator training and technical support.

Mobile operators can also join as ‘Carbon Clean Engineers’.

Chris added: “There are opportunities for distributors and re sellers too.
We’re looking for local and regional partners that can help us develop and support Centre network within their own catchment areas.”

Carbon Clean will also exhibit internationally at Autopromotec in Bologna from 24th to 28th May.
